Refunds


We provide a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The products received do not match your order.
  • The products are defective upon receipt.
  • The products are damaged during transit.
  • The shipment is lost during transit.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Return and Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hi@thesuperhumans.co

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • We will coordinate with our delivery partner to arrange a reverse pick-up, if available. If your pin code is not serviceable for return pick-up, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
  • Products for return must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Replacements will be sent once we receive and inspect the returned product.
