Where We Ship:

We ship across India, except to unserviceable areas.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Chennai.

 

Shipping Charges:

• Enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹600.
• A standard shipping charge of ₹75 applies to prepaid orders below ₹600.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Timeline:

Your order will be delivered within 2 - 9 days, depending on your location.
We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours after processing.
If we anticipate a delay due to public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, we will ensure the earliest possible delivery and keep you informed.

 

Tracking Your Order:

You’ll receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with a link to track your order.

 

Cancellation:

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If we need to cancel your order for any reason, we’ll notify you promptly and process a full refund immediately.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method.
